Ojai Valley Defense Fund

The Ojai Valley Defense Fund provides financial support to groups undertaking legal action to protect and sustain the environmental quality of the Ojai Valley for the public benefit. The purpose of this non-profit charitable Corporation is to receive and distribute contributions from individuals, estates, government, corporations, foundations, and any other source for the benefit of the mission of the Ojai Valley Defense Fund. OVDF is a nonprofit public benefit Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes.
