On-Site $89/hr for all on-site appointments, at your home or office. One hour minimum. (M-F 9am-5pm, except holidays)
Computer Diagnostic & Check-in
We will diagnose each computer that you bring in for $65 per computer. This includes all the time it takes us to determine the specific cause and how to remedy your system. If you chose to have us repair your computer, we will waive the diagnostic fee. All computers are repaired in the order they are recieved and will be returned within 3 days. You may expedite any computer to the front-of-the-line for $65. This does not guarantee same-day turn around but we will make all possible efforts to get it back to you ASAP!
In-Store
Our Hourly Rate for all Computer Repair Labor is $65 billed with a 1 hour minimum, at 30 minute increments thereafter
Web Development
All web design is billed at $65 per hour with a 30 minute minimum.
On-Site After-Hours
On-Site After-Hours (After 5pm M-F and all day Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays. $175 / hr with a 1 hour minimum, billed at 1 hr increments. For emergency service, call our regular number 805-643-4375, leave a message, and state you need On-Site After-Hours service and authorize a 1-hr charge. You will be called back within 2.5 hrs and a technician will be dispatched if necessary.
