What is “on-site” support? Sometimes you may run into an issue that can’t be fixed in our store and may need one of our technicians to fix it right there on the spot. This might include:
- - Computer troubles
- - Networking problems (internet, printing, communication)
- - Internet troubleshooting
- - Tutoring sessions
- - Fixing or swapping networking equipment
So how much does on-site support cost? Our standard hourly rate for on-site services is simply $89/hour and we bill with a minimum of 1-hour and in 15-minute increments thereafter. From our experience, we can tell you that most problems can be solved within 1 hour.
