Installation Information:

Installation is usually booked 1-2 days out unless equipment needs to be ordered. Installation can take anywhere from 1-3 hours. Technician will need access to the roof and interior of the building.

Installation is usually booked 2-3 weeks out. Installation appointment is usually a 4 hour window and install can take anywhere from 1-3 hours. Installation is conducted by a AT&T technician followed by a Mitec technician to make sure wifi network is set up properly.

Installation is usually booked 30 days out. There will be a total of 4 appointments. First appointment GTT technician goes out to make the site live. Second appointment AT&T technician goes out to make line active. Third appointment GTT technician goes out to finish Internet install, last appointment is for Mitec technician to come out to make sure wifi network is set up properly. Installation is usually a 4 hour window for each appointment and they can take anywhere from 1-3 hours.

Disclaimer:

The Internet Failover will increase your Internet Uptime to 99.99%. The Internet must be out for 20 seconds before the switch-over takes place. When the primary Internet comes back online the switch-over will be instantaneous. In the event of VOIP calls, or other live Internet traffic, service may be disrupted briefly during the switch-over. The failover Internet does not include a static IP so incoming traffic may be limited (depending on your setup).
