Our rates are competitive and affordable, and our awesome service reflects our cost.
On-site – Regular
$120/hour with a 1-hour minimum, during normal business hours*.
*First Appointment of the Day: 10am; Last Appointment of the Day: 3pm.
On-site – Emergency
$200/hour with a 1-hour minimum, during normal business hours*.
*First Appointment of the Day: 10am; Last Appointment of the Day: 3pm.
Emergency appointments have a $100 cancellation fee.
Remote – Regular
$95/hour with a half-hour minimum, during normal business hours*
*First Appointment of the Day: 10am; Last Appointment of the Day: 4pm.
Remote – Emergency
$200/hour with a 1-hour minimum, during normal business hours*.

Emergency appointments have a $100 cancellation fee.
Computer Diagnostic & Check-in
Our computer check-in fee is $95.
Our check-in fee covers our technicians time to review your request / diagnose your system (if necessary,) and to put an estimate together for you. If you approve the quoted work, the check-in fee is waived; you will not pay the check-in fee on top of what you’re quoted. If you decline the quote, you’ll only be responsible for the check-in fee.
Regular Hourly Rate: $95/hour with a 1-hour minimum
Expedited Hourly Rate: $189/hour with a 1-hour minimum (Does not guarantee same-day turnaround)
In-Store one-on-one support
$120/hour with a half-hour minimum, during normal business hours*.
*First Appointment of the Day: 10am; Last Appointment of the Day: 4pm
ON-SITE, Remote, service bench, in-store AFTER-HOURS
$300/hour with a 1-hour minimum, any time after 6pm and before 10am Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, all day Sunday, and all Federal Holidays.
After-hours appointments are billed from the moment your call is returned to the moment our technician returns home after the completion of your appointment.
For after-hours service, call our regular number 805-643-4375, leave a message, and state you need On-Site After-Hours service and authorize the charge. You will be called back within 2.5 hours and a technician will be dispatched if necessary.
After-hours appointments have a $150 cancellation fee.
